About us

Welcome to Raising CEOs™

We’re the Jones kids, and we’re building confident, empathetic, unstoppable leaders. At Raising CEOs™, being a CEO means:

  • taking ownership of your choices
  • learning from mistakes
  • growing confidence over time
  • leading yourself before leading others

Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. Neither are we. Welcome to Raising CEOs™.

Meet Charlee

Meet The Parents — Sarah & Charles

Meet Charlee

Thoughtful. Creative. Quietly powerful.

Charlee is 14, brilliant, and has a quiet fire that shows up in everything she does.

She loves anime, Monster High, and creating worlds that make sense to her — which honestly is pure CEO energy. Charlee leads by thinking deeply, observing carefully, and staying true to who she is. She’s learning inde

She loves anime, Monster High, and creating worlds that make sense to her — which honestly is pure CEO energy. Charlee leads by thinking deeply, observing carefully, and staying true to who she is. She’s learning independence, finding her voice, and figuring out what leadership looks like for her — one brave step at a time. That journey is what Raising CEOs™ is all about.

Meet Gunner

Meet Charlee

Curious. Kind. Always building.

Gunner is 10, sharp as a tack, and has a mind that never stops building. If it can be created out of Legos, he’s probably already engineered it. He’s brilliant, curious, and has a steady kindness that makes everyone around him feel seen.

Gunner is the kind of kid who:

  • solves problems
  • asks big questions
  • leads quietly just by being himself

He doesn’t need to shrink his ideas to fit in — he needs space to grow them. And that’s exactly why Raising CEOs™ exists.

Meet Kenzie

Meet The Parents — Sarah & Charles

Tiny but mighty. A boss in the making.

Kenzie is seven, small in size, big in presence, and absolutely a leader in her own way. She’s working on overcoming her shyness in front of the camera, but don’t let that fool you. This girl is brave, creative, and has a spark that shows up the second she decides to shine.

Kenzie leads with:

  • and just the right amount of sass when needed

Watching her grow at her pace, in her way, is exactly how she shines in Raising CEOs™.

Parents. Leaders. Founders.

We’re Sarah and Charles — the parents, leaders, and founders behind Raising CEOs™.

Sarah is a military physician and entrepreneur.

Charles is a military nurse with an MBA.

Together, we’ve spent our careers helping people through some of life’s toughest moments, including making decisions under pressure, leading with clarity, and navigating uncertainty.

Now, we’re using that same experience to prepare our own kids, and yours, for the real world.

We created Raising CEOs™ for kids like Charlee, Gunner, and Kenzie. Kids who are thoughtful, creative, curious, and capable. Kids who don’t need to be fixed or forced, just supported.

Raising CEOs™ exists to:

  • grow confidence, not pressure
  • expand creativity, not limit it
  • build real-life skills, not perfection
  • help kids lead as themselves, not someone else
